A Grotesque Grafikai Stúdiót 1999 végén alapítottuk két Képzőművészeti Főiskolás csoporttársammal. Megelégelve az ügynökségek szakmai felületességét, egy saját magunk által teremtett, magas minőséget produkáló stúdiót szerettünk volna működtetni.

Az üzletfilozófiánk végül sikerrel járt, az évek folyamán egyre komolyabb ügyfelek szavaztak nekünk bizalmat a vizuális megjelenésükkel kapcsolatban. Olyan cégekkel dolgozhattunk, mint a Duna Televízió Zrt., a Magyar Televízió Zrt., az RTL klub, A Cool TV, a TV2/MTM-SBS Zrt., a Sziget Kft. A fő profilunk a garafikai arculattervezés volt, de foglalkoztunk a grafika szinte összes ágával a logótervezéstől a kiadványtervezésen át a web design-ig. 2009-ben a stúdió elmúlt 10 eredményekben gazdag évét lezárandó, egy 160 oldalas monográfiát jelentettünk meg „The Golden Age of Grotesque” címmel. Az album 2010-ben több díjat is nyert, többek között a magyar grafikai stúdiókat egyesítő MGSE: Aranyrajzszög Díját és a XVII. Békéscsabai Tervezőgrafikai Biennálé fődíját. Two of my Art College mates and I founded Grotesque Design Studio at the end of 1999. Fed up with the professional flaws of the respective agencies we had been working for, we decided to manage our own studio with our own higher standards.

Our philosophy finally paid off, and we gained the confidence of several major clients regarding their own visual identities. We have had the chance to work with Duna Television cPlc., Hungarian Television cPlc., RTL Klub, Cool TV, TV2/MTM-SBS cPlc., Sziget Ltd. Our main focus was visual identities, but our tasks included every aspect of design from logos through publications to web design. In 2009 we published a 160 page monography titled „The Golden Age of Grotesque”, which marked the end of 10 fruitful years. The album received several design awards including the MGSE Golden Pin Award given by the association of Hungarian design studios, and the Grand Prize of the XVII. Biannual Graphic Design Awards in Békéscsaba. The album is on sale at the Bolt/Store menu.
